Event Information
Our Activities

Through our community outreach, we aim to raise public awareness about the vital importance of mental health care.
While emotional resilience is an essential life skill at every stage of our journey, we recognize that not everyone has the opportunity or resources to cultivate it. We are dedicated to bridging this gap through regular community workshops and public welfare activities—providing a supportive space for those who simply need a moment to breathe.
2025.09 - "Nurturing Inner Parents" Public Lecture (Completed)

Dear parents, as the school year kicks off this September, we enter a month filled with both excitement and a touch of nerves. Between adjusting to new grade levels, finding that school-day rhythm again, and the whirlwind of morning rushes and evening homework routines, life can feel incredibly full.
But dear parents, in the midst of caring for your children, have you taken a moment to care for yourself?
We invite you to carve out some time and space this first Saturday of the school term. Join us to recharge, practice self-care, and nurture the "inner parent" within you.

-
The Crisis: Why have smartphones, social media, and Big Tech become the primary drivers of the global youth mental health collapse?
-
The Gender Gap: Why does social media disproportionately harm girls?
-
The Disconnect: Why are boys increasingly retreating from the real world into virtual spaces?
-
The Solution: How can we protect our children—and ourselves?
In an age dominated by screen-time, how do we confront this "epidemic" of mental health challenges? We invite you to join this seminar led by professional psychotherapists as we navigate the most critical issues facing the "3C Generation."

December 2023 Charity Event - Fun-filled Parent-Child Reading Experience with Adults First (Completed)

Dear adult, how long has it been since you last finished reading a book together? Through this brief experience, I hope it will become a priceless treasure in your heart, and that you can always share the joy of reading together with your child!
In our shared reading of "Mr. Eggman Is Not Afraid," we discovered that it takes time for us to get back on our feet after being injured. We must personally experience avoidance, struggle, fear, and setbacks, and continuously reflect and learn in the process to develop the ability to overcome fear. A cracked eggshell can be protection, or it can be a limitation.
Dialogic reading allows us to reflect on our experiences of facing fear in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. At the same time, it turns out that reading is no longer boring by using some techniques. If the content of the shared reading can also be connected to real experiences in daily life, both children and adults will be more engaged!

October 2023 Charity Event - Adult Self-Care (Completed)

In our relentless pace of life, true rest is something that can only be achieved through sheer willpower.
Psychotherapist Iny led the participants through various mindfulness activities. Through a three-step breathing exercise, they focused on the rise and fall of their bodies during breathing and the internal changes within.
Next, observe the food. Iny guides participants to first observe the food in front of them visually, then slowly get to know it by smelling it, and finally put it in their mouths to feel the texture of the food with their tongues, observe the secretion of saliva, and then chew and swallow the food.
During the final body scan, participants lay flat on a soft mat and listened to Iny's instructions, starting from the tips of their toes. We consciously perceived the skin and limbs, and the temperature sensations within the body subtly changed. After the activity, some participants shared that they felt a clarity in their minds.
Based on feedback from many students at different times, Iny, the therapist, noted that there aren't many Cantonese meditation audio recordings available in Macau. Iny personally recorded several audio clips and made them available on her YouTube channel for students to practice at home when needed. September 2023 Charity Event - Adult Self-Care (Completed)

Josephine, a psychotherapist, uses her beloved art medium to guide participants in reflecting on the roles they currently play, using picture cards to symbolize their most emotionally charged selves that day. Some participants are tired, some are full of energy, and some are experiencing the loss of a family member… These feelings are all part of ourselves. By drawing for themselves in the present moment, participants give themselves a space to see their hard work and efforts.
Next, draw the person you want to be 5-10 years from now, and build a bridge for yourself with magical faith. Hopefully, one day you will reach your ideal destination. This special magic resides within your own heart.
